The first step necessary to complete your sprinkler system begins with us meeting the customer to determine what type of water source is available (city water, well, pond, river, stream, rain collection, etc) and what areas of your property you are looking to irrigate. We then verify that the water source is adequate to cover your needs. We have expert knowledge for determining if your well is capable of handling the demands of an irrigation system.
We will then design a plan which consists of the layout of your property and the areas to be irrigated. We discuss any improvements planned to the home such as a swimming pool, addition to your home, additional lawn areas, new plantings, etc so that we can make sure the irrigation system is installed in adequate areas. We can also look at installing the system in phases to meet either your home improvement plans or financial needs.
For installations, we use a vibratory plow which minimizes the disturbance of existing lawns. The vibratory plow allows us to pull the piping underground whereas the use of a trencher tends to be very messy. In many cases, the homeowner will not be able to see the areas where the machine was used.
Once the installation is complete, we will walk through the system with the homeowner explaining to them how to adjust the sprinkler heads, how to program the controller, the use of the rain sensor and the product warranties.
